Lakeville City Council, in a unanimous vote, approved the 'Juniper Triangle' site plan and preliminary plat. The project is an 81,000 square foot distribution center with multiple tenant space. Tom served as owner representative and planning consultant, completing the second successful project with this client.

CHESTNUT INNOVATIONS | SAVAGE
Savage City Council, in a unanimous vote, approved the 'Chestnut Innovations' site plan and preliminary plat. The project is a 20-unit multi-tenant commercial building for start-up businesses. Tom served as owner representative and planning consultant, the second successful project with Chestnut Innovations.
